Details of the Job/Internship

Manupatra is hiring a Legal Content & Compliance Subject Matter Expert with experience of 3–6 years to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Research and interpret statutory Acts, Rules, and regulatory developments across sectors.
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely updates within the compliance platform.
• Develop and maintain structured compliance checklists and regulatory frameworks.
• Translate complex legislation into clear and structured compliance requirements for enterprise users.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of legal and compliance content.
• Maintain regulatory databases, compliance calendars, and update reports.
• Engage with enterprise clients to understand their regulatory environment and compliance needs.
• Support product demonstrations, onboarding, and implementation of the compliance platform.
• Work with product and technology teams to translate regulatory requirements into platform features.
• Conduct periodic quality checks and compliance audits of legal content.
• Identify regulatory gaps and recommend improvements in compliance frameworks.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (mandatory) from a reputed university.
• Company Secretary (CS) / MBA / LL.M will be an added advantage.
• 3–6 years of experience in compliance, regulatory advisory, or legal research.
• Candidates currently working in Big4 consulting firms, corporate compliance teams, Company Secretary firms, or compliance advisory or legal consulting roles.

Salary/Stipend
