Details of the Job/Internship

Manupatra is hiring a Legal Content Lead: Strategy & Project Management with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Noida, Sector-1. The role involves overseeing legal content, editorial processes, workflows, and strategic content initiatives. The candidate should be able to structure, analyze, and optimize large volumes of content while ensuring accuracy, usability, and alignment with business objectives.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Update legacy content and maintain data currency across the platform.
• Plan and execute content updates based on regulatory changes, user needs, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with legal, technical, marketing, and customer support teams to execute content strategies.
• Act as a liaison for feedback and requirements across departments.
• Oversee platform content and features, ensuring standardization and operational efficiency.
• Conduct audits to rectify inconsistencies, errors, or outdated content.
• Ensure timely updates to reflect regulatory and legal changes.
• Develop and enforce processes for accuracy, consistency, and quality assurance.
• Monitor platform performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and manage a team of FTEs and freelancers, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery.
• Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Coach team members for greater responsibilities.
• Stay updated on legal industry trends and recommend platform improvements.
• Continuously update knowledge of legal subjects, emerging technologies, and relevant processes.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputed college.
• Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Candidates with an LLB and MBA are encouraged to apply.
