Details of the Job/Internship

Mr. Bhavya Nain is hiring for the position of the full-time (hybrid) role of Legal Content Writer to join their Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and write research materials for the benefit of judicial aspirants as per the directions and curriculum given to them.
• Responsible for staying up-to-date on developments in legislation, legal regulations, and case law through research and review of legal documents and publications.
• Responsible for making course materials and study materials for judicial aspirants in a time-bound manner.
• Responsible for making the MCQ database, making question papers, checking answer sheets, and designing courses for the various law exams.
• Candidates must follow the guidelines and complete tasks in a time-bound manner as set out by Mr. Bhavya Nain.

Eligibility

• Post qualification experience: 0-1 years
• The candidate should have experience using legal software like SCC Online and Manupatra.
• The candidate should have the ability and proficiency in legal writing.
• The candidate should have extensive knowledge of Indian law and regulations.
• The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The candidate should be able to work independently as well as in a team in a time-bound manner.
• The candidate should be able to multitask and take on additional tasks as may be assigned to them.

Preference will be given to those with experience in giving judicial service examinations and those who have previously written law articles for law journals and law magazines.

Freshers may also apply, but they should have a good academic record in law and have the zeal to work.
