Details of the Job/Internship

Whizseed is hiring a legal content writer to join them in Noida office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and create legal content on company incorporation, compliance, tax, and regulatory affairs.
• Produce articles, blog posts, and written materials for diverse audiences, ensuring accuracy.
• Demonstrate expertise in company incorporation processes, compliance frameworks, and tax regulations.
• Collaborate with legal experts and cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Proven experience in legal content writing, focusing on company incorporation, compliance, and tax regulatory affairs.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with legal writing style and adherence to guidelines.
• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Ability to collaborate with legal professionals and subject matter experts.
• Adaptability to changing legal landscapes and ability to incorporate updates into content.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing accurate and comprehensive legal content.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 Years Experience in writing finance / tax/ legal content for articles, blogs, email campaigns, press releases, videos, social media, corporate collateral, whitepapers, brochures etc.
• Experience & Qualification in finance, tax, legal compliance and accounting.
• Excellent command over English language with natural flair for writing.
• Excellent analytical skills & structured thinking capability.
• Takes ownership and shows great deal of accountability.
• Able to work efficiently in an ambiguous and dynamic work environment.

Salary/Stipend
