Details of the Job/Internship

66degrees is hiring a Legal Contract Associate with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience to join their Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to Google partnership transactions, subcontracting, solution resale, and end-client agreements.
• Ensure contracts align accurately from Google Solution Agreements to end customer and service provider contracts.
• Conduct thorough reviews of Google’s standard agreements and client contracts to maintain consistent obligations, particularly on data privacy, indemnity, IP, and liability.
• Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies balancing business objectives and compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business teams including Sales and Alliance.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
• 1–2 years post-qualification legal experience (in-house or law firm), focused on technology, SaaS, or IT services contracts.
• Strong knowledge of contract and commercial law.
• Experience handling complex B2B agreements involving multiple parties.
• Familiarity with cloud/SaaS agreements and partner programs (Google, AWS, Microsoft) is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, communication skills, and business acumen.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile, collaborative environment.
