ESAB is hiring a Legal Contract Drafting Attorney with experience of 4 to 7 years to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Reviewing, summarizing, drafting, and negotiating low to high complexity commercial contracts subject to laws of various jurisdictions,including Services Agreements, Procurement.
- Agreements, Equipment Leases, Manufacturer Agreements, Distributor Agreements, Software Licensing Agreements, NDAs, and terms and conditions of purchase/sale.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Minimum 4-7 years post qualification experience.
- Previous experience with industrial/manufacturing companies preferred but not required.
