Details of the Job/Internship

Infosys BPM Ltd. is hiring Associate Analysts and Process Leads – Legal Contract Management with 2–6 years of experience to join their office in Pune, Hinjewadi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle processes.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Support Legal Process Management (LPM) activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle data privacy aspects within contract management.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (full-time) is mandatory.
• 2–6 years of corporate experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Experience in Legal Process Management (LPM).
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in data privacy is preferred.
• Candidates with litigation-only experience will not be considered.

Salary/Stipend
