Escorts Kubota Limited is hiring for the position of Legal Contract Manager with 7-10 years of experience to join their office in Faridabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently manage the complete contract lifecycle — from understanding business requirements and obtaining internal approvals to negotiating, finalizing, and executing contracts.
- Draft, review, and close various agreements, including NDAs, vendor contracts, and other commercial documentation.
- Ensure all contracts and related processes are legally sound and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide timely legal counsel and risk assessment to internal stakeholders across departments.
- Maintain a centralized contract repository and track key contract terms, obligations, and renewals using a contract management system.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution; additional qualifications are a plus.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in contract management, legal advisory, and compliance.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with legal technology and contract management tools is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
