OYO is hiring a Legal Contract Manager with 4–7 years of experience to join their legal team in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements (e.g., lease, service contracts).
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
- Interpret and communicate complex legal issues clearly and effectively.
Eligibility
- 4–7 years of experience in commercial contract law.
- Proven expertise in handling lease and license agreements.
- Prior experience in the hospitality sector is preferred.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills are essential.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex legal concepts to various stakeholders.
- A proven track record in commercial contract law, especially in handling leases and licence agreements, is highly desirable.
