FarEye is hiring for the position of Legal Contracting Expert with 5-7 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including:
- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Licensing Agreements
- Vendor & Supplier Agreements
- Strategic Partnership Agreements
- Consultancy Agreements
- Partner with internal teams (Sales, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, InfoSec, Product, Tech, etc.) to ensure contracts align with business goals and risk tolerance.
- Identify potential risks and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Advise stakeholders on contractual matters, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution.
- Manage and maintain the contract lifecycle — track key deadlines, obligations, and renewals.
- Develop and refine contract templates, workflows, and best practices.
- Stay up to date on laws and regulations affecting commercial agreements.
Eligibility
- LL.B or LL.M from a recognized institution.
- 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in commercial contracting, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial transactions, and corporate governance.
- Experience with cross-border transactions and global contracts.
- Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools is an advantage.
