CACTUS is hiring a Legal Contractor with 7–8 years of experience for a 12-month contractual role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize business contracts such as MSAs, NDAs, vendor agreements, and lease deeds.
- Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders and collaborate with external counsel.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and ensure adherence to global legal standards.
- Oversee data protection compliance, including GDPR and local privacy laws.
- Manage freelancer and independent contractor agreements.
- Integrate technology to optimize legal operations and contract management.
- Protect and manage intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and confidential information.
- Prepare legal notices and coordinate with external counsel for IP filings and disputes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Law (LLB) with 7–8 years of experience.
- Strong expertise in international corporate and contractual laws.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to independently manage projects and deliver results efficiently.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Business partnering mindset with fast closure and solution-oriented approach.
