Details of the Job/Internship

One97 Communications Ltd. is hiring for the position of Legal Contracts - Assistant Manager with 4-5 years of experience to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents including contracts, RFPs, proposals, and letters with a focus on minimizing risk.
• Address and resolve contractual issues with clients, partners, vendors, and service providers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Compliance, Product, Finance, and Business to implement projects across business verticals.
• Analyze and understand business needs, assess associated legal risks, and offer practical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal legal frameworks, processes, and mandates.
• Provide legal support in general corporate advisory matters and assist in evaluating new business models.
• Support end-to-end legal lifecycle management of business transactions.
• Continuously assess and refine agreement templates and processes to ensure compliance with IT, e-commerce, and data privacy laws.

Eligibility

• 4–5 years of experience in contract management and legal advisory, preferably in a law firm or as in-house counsel.
• Strong legal acumen and the ability to clearly communicate complex issues to stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Office Suite.
• A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
• Passion for fintech, compliance, and working on innovative business models.

Salary/Stipend
