Aerocraft Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Executive – Legal and Contracts for a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and manage contractual agreements with customers and suppliers.
- Support contract negotiations and identify potential legal risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain proper documentation.
- Manage multiple contracts simultaneously, including timely renewals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support contract lifecycle.
- Analyze complex data and information to provide informed legal recommendations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferred) or Business Administration or relevant field.
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in contract management, legal research, drafting, negotiation, or related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple ongoing projects.
