Details of the Job/Internship
One97 Communications Limited is hiring a Legal Contracts (Telecom) – Senior Manager with over 12 years of experience to join their legal team in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize legal documents (e.g. contracts, agreements, RFPs, proposals).
- Resolve contract-related issues with clients, vendors, and service providers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementing legal solutions.
- Analyze business needs, identify legal risks, and propose solutions.
- Support special legal projects under e-commerce and fintech.
- Advise on compliance of products and services with applicable laws.
- End-to-end legal management of assigned business functions.
- Evaluate and enhance legal templates and internal processes.
Eligibility
- LL.B from a top-tier law school (National Law Universities, DU, ILS, Symbiosis preferred).
- Minimum 12 years of experience in contract management in a law firm or in-house (preferably in Fintech/Banking/NBFC).
- Strong legal acumen and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
- Self-driven and capable of working in a high-paced environment.
- Experience in e-commerce, FEMA, data privacy, and IT law compliance.
