BDO India LLP is hiring for Multiple Roles (Assistant Manager to Director) with 6-15 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including:
- Client Service Engagement Letters
- MSAs, Consultancy Contracts, Licensing Agreements
- Joint Ventures, Vendor Agreements, NDAs, SaaS Agreements
- Develop and maintain contract templates and SOPs.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to negotiate contracts.
- Provide guidance on contract structuring, compliance, and risk management.
- Integrate and utilize legal tech tools to streamline contract management.
- Research and stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory changes.
- Mentor junior legal team members and contribute to knowledge development.
Eligibility
- LLB is mandatory; CS, LLM is preferred.
- 6–15 years of PQE in commercial and service contracts, preferably within a professional services or consulting firm.
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; exposure to legal tech/AI tools is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, business judgment, and legal acumen.
