Details of the Job/Internship
Buro Happold is hiring a Legal Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Commercial & Legal Team.
- Assist in contract management and compliance.
- Update contract status, internal waivers, and files in ERP software.
- Manage Certificates of Insurance, including tracking renewals and compliance.
- Coordinate with insurance brokers for service contract execution.
- Organize and maintain project document storage.
- Handle project-related inquiries and team workflow updates.
- Perform other similar administrative tasks as assigned.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
- 1–2 years of experience in a support role within a detail-oriented field.
- Strong communication skills (email, phone, video, and in-person).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and SharePoint.
- Positive attitude with enthusiasm to collaborate with the team.
- Prior experience in administrative/office work is an advantage.
