Details of the Job/Internship

Adani Realty is hiring a Legal Coordinator with 3–6 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and format routine agreements including NDAs, consultancy contracts, and MoUs.
• Coordinate and support the review of hospitality-specific legal documents such as HMAs (Hotel Management Agreements) and Franchise Agreements.
• Maintain a central repository of contracts, tracking renewal dates, amendments, and expiry alerts.
• Facilitate administrative legal workflows, including stamping, notarization, and e-signing.
• Act as the primary liaison with AOC for legal documentation, approvals, and compliance queries.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Asset Management teams for legal inputs.
• Manage coordination with external law firms and consultants for specialized legal opinions and filings.
• Maintain a comprehensive clause library and up-to-date MIS dashboards for all legal matters.
• Support internal audits and maintain rigorous version control for all legal templates and SOPs.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory.
• Preferred: Master’s or specialized diploma in Corporate or Commercial Law.
• 3–6 years of experience specifically in Real Estate (Hospitality segment) or with International Hotel Brands.
• Strong knowledge of commercial, procurement, and vendor agreements.
• Proven expertise in legal risk assessment and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional organizational skills for managing digital and physical legal records.
