nCircle Tech Private Limited is hiring a Legal Coordinator with 1+ years of experience.
The role involves supporting the legal team in managing contracts, compliance, and regulatory requirements for an IT services organization.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and maintain service agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and client agreements.
- Track the contract lifecycle and ensure timely renewals and compliance.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support audits and maintain statutory records.
- Prepare and organize legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Maintain updated legal files and databases.
- Liaise with HR, Finance, Operations, and external legal counsel.
- Facilitate approvals and signatures for legal documents.
- Identify potential legal risks and escalate them to the legal team.
- Support the implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of experience in legal coordination or a similar role, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of contract law and corporate compliance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal management software.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
