Details of the Job/Internship

Teal India is hiring for the position of Legal Coordinator to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns related to legal cases—primarily in Maharashtra.
• Manage and respond to inbound client calls in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Resolve escalations promptly while maintaining a calm and solution-oriented demeanor.
• Coordinate with clients to collect necessary documents and ensure timely submission for case processing.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their cases.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to enhance trust and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal legal teams to ensure seamless case fulfillment and client support.

Eligibility

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; Marathi language skills are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving ability to manage and resolve client concerns effectively.
• Previous experience in client coordination, customer support, or similar client-facing roles.
• Comfortable using digital tools, CRM software, and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously.
