Details of the Job/Internship
Teal India is hiring a Legal Coordinator with 0–2 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. The role involves managing client communication, handling inbound calls, resolving escalations, and ensuring timely updates on ongoing cases.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide timely updates to clients on the status of initiated cases.
- Address and resolve concerns, queries, and challenges faced by clients and the legal team regarding Maharashtra cases.
- Handle escalations calmly and professionally.
- Manage inbound client calls with a proactive approach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients over email and phone to secure necessary documents for case processing.
Eligibility
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Marathi or Hindi (mandatory).
- Ability to draft and respond to emails clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving skills in addressing client concerns.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, client coordination, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in software tools and MS Excel.
