Prometheus Consulting Services is hiring Legal Corporate Advisor with the experience of 3 to 6 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting/review, negotiation and finalization of all commercial contracts including but not limited to JV agreements, technology transfer agreements, international agreements, M&A agreements, government tenders.
- Contract with vendors, clients, employees for all the business units etc.
Eligibility
Should have fair understanding on following Agreements:-
- Non disclosure agreement.
- Channel partner agreement.
- Purchase agreements.
- Supply agreements.
- Technology transfer agreement.
- Software agreement.
- Government tenders and bids.
- EPC contracts.
