Details of the Job/Internship

Prachay Group is hiring Legal Corporate Associate with the experience of 0 to 2 years. Their office is located in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal research and analysis of RBI & SEBI rules, Company Law, banking & finance law
• Drafting & vetting of debenture documents, AIF documents, loan documents
• Provide legal advice on various corporate matters

Eligibility

• Post qualification experience 0 to 2 years in the same field.
