DR PARTNERS L.L.C is hiring for Legal & Corporate Services with experience of 5 years to join their office in Dubai.

Role and Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on UAE foundations and business setups across UAE including DIFC, ADGM & RAKICC.
- Assist with Regulatory applications with VARA, DFSA & FSRA.
- Collaborate with the compliance and operations teams in filing Regulatory Applications.
- Review & draft legal documents for Family Offices and startups and act as an in-house counsel.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Eligibility
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and or corporate services within an international trust company, a corporate service provider or a law firm.
- In-depth knowledge of business setups in UAE including DIFC, ADGM, and about UAE foundations
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and family office services.
- Strong legal drafting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a startup environment and contribute to its growth and success.
