Stanza Living is looking for a Legal Counsel – Compliance with 7–10 years of experience to work at their Gurugram office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless adherence to regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Track legal norms, corporate filings, and manage audit readiness.
• Support teams with compliance activities and documentation.
• Address multi-jurisdictional legal and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and regulatory authorities.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized institution.
• 7–10 years of experience in legal compliance functions.
• Strong understanding of Indian regulatory and operational frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage compliance across different states.
• Effective in stakeholder communication and compliance strategy.

Salary/Stipend
