Details of the Job/Internship

Arrise Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Counsel with experience of 6-9 years to join their office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on employment contracts, HR policies, terminations, and employee disputes.
• Provide guidance on labor law compliance and draft related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Indian data protection laws and requirements.
• Review and draft privacy policies, data processing agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate service agreements, vendor agreements, and NDAs.
• Perform risk assessment and implement mitigation measures during contract negotiations.
• Standardize and streamline internal contract templates for business efficiency.
• Provide day-to-day legal advisory to business stakeholders for existing and new business expansions.
• Organize internal training sessions on employment law and data privacy topics.
• Support regulatory registrations, licenses, and approvals for the organization.
• Identify regulatory gaps and implement corrective action plans accordingly.
• Engage and manage relationships with external counsel and consultants as required.

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: LLB from a recognized Indian university.
• Experience: 6-9 years of relevant post-qualification experience (PQE) in law firms or in-house legal teams.
• Specialized Knowledge: Preferred experience in employment and privacy law matters.
• Key Competencies: Strong drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to work independently.
• Professional Skills: Capability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
