Details of the Job/Internship
Lear Corporation is hiring an India Legal Counsel and Compliance Senior Manager with 15–18 years of experience to join their office in Pimpri Chinchwad, Maharashtra.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to India business leaders on key initiatives and strategic matters.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements.
- Advise on employment matters and oversee dispute/litigation management.
- Coordinate with Asia legal and global functional teams.
- Manage outside counsel and regulatory compliance.
- Lead third-party risk screening and due diligence procedures.
- Conduct compliance investigations and in-person training sessions.
- Oversee the E&C Ambassador Program and support global compliance communications.
- Utilize data analytics for compliance reporting to senior leadership.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a reputable institution.
- 15–18 years of relevant experience in MNCs and law firms.
- Expertise in U.S. DOJ Guidelines, FCPA, and global sanctions programs.
- Experience in compliance investigations, project management, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong business judgment, analytical ability, and communication skills.
- Experience working with global teams.
