Infosys Legal is hiring a Commercial Contracts Management Lead with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead review, drafting, and redlining of commercial contracts, especially SOWs, ensuring business alignment and risk mitigation.
- Mentor junior lawyers, providing guidance to ensure high-quality contract deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including delivery, finance, and sales for comprehensive contract review.
- Summarize key contractual terms for internal teams and conduct onboarding sessions post-signing.
- Support ongoing contract compliance, obligation tracking, renewals, and audits.
- Participate in governance meetings, identify non-compliance or operational risks, and advise on legal implications.
- Flag potential legal risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure alignment with contractual remedies.
- Support implementation and operation of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and provide training to stakeholders.
Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent degree from a premier university.
- Minimum 5 years of full-time relevant experience post-qualification.
- Strong experience in commercial contract review, negotiation, and management.
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with contract lifecycle management systems.
