Details of the Job/Internship
Siemens is hiring a Legal Counsel – Commercial Law with 6–8 years of post-qualification experience to join their Smart Infrastructure business unit in Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal support for major infrastructure and manufacturing projects.
- Lead risk analysis, contract drafting, and negotiations.
- Manage complex dispute resolutions and arbitrations.
- Collaborate with Contract Managers for contractual compliance.
- Oversee corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Handle customer and vendor contracts with a business-oriented approach.
- Focus on project risk mitigation and strategic problem-solving.
- Manage contract lifecycle, litigation, and dispute resolution.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and team development.
- Engage in stakeholder management.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a premier/reputed institution.
- 6–8 years of PQE in infrastructure or commercial law.
- Strong experience in Contract and Arbitration Laws.
- Expertise in ESG regulations, Competition Law, and Data Protection.
- Experience working with international teams and cross-border contracts.
- Excellent legal writing and communication skills.
