Avaada Group is hiring Legal Counsel Contracts in Mumbai. The Legal Counsel for Renewable Energy Contracts will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to solar panel sales and ammonia sales with global companies. This role will also provide legal advice and support to various departments within the organisation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and review contracts for solar panel and ammonia sales, ensuring they meet legal requirements and company policies.
- Negotiate contract terms with global clients to secure advantageous agreements.
- Ensure all contracts comply with local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks to protect the company's interests.
- Liaise with internal departments and external legal representatives.
- Handle any legal disputes related to contracts, including arbitration and litigation processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts, correspondence, and related documentation.
Eligibility
- LLB, legal qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract law, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
