Details of the Job/Internship

Tradologie.com is hiring a Legal Counsel – Corporate with 3–6 years of experience to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support and strategic advice to management and business units.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws, including corporate, labor, anti-bribery, and data privacy.
• Support corporate governance, including drafting board resolutions and managing records.
• Manage litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution with external counsel.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align legal strategies with business goals.
• Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other projects.
• Develop and implement internal policies to strengthen compliance practices.

Eligibility

• LL.B or J.D. degree; LL.M is a plus.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 3–6 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with both law firm and in-house exposure.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
• Experience in contract negotiation, compliance, and governance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Experience in technology, financial services, or manufacturing, with exposure to international legal frameworks and cross-border operations.
