ABIN Bev is hiring a Legal Counsel – Dispute Resolution to join its corporate headquarters in Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, corporate governance, and dispute resolution.
- Monitor regulatory compliance, conduct training, and scrutinise documentation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Advise on corporate governance matters and corporate policies.
- Support mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions.
- Manage disputes, litigation, and arbitration with external counsel.
- Develop and deliver legal training programmes and workshops.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide integrated legal solutions.
- Stay informed about legal trends and improve legal processes and procedures.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate or commercial law.
- Strong proficiency in regulatory compliance, contract law, commercial transactions, and corporate governance.
- Ability to independently manage complex legal matters.
- Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing sector is preferred.
