Infosys is hiring a Legal Counsel for its EMEA Contracts Team with 4–8 years of relevant experience to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review complex commercial IT contracts in English governed by various European laws, including IT outsourcing agreements, service agreements, alliance agreements, subcontracting agreements, license agreements, and other business-relevant contracts.
- Review proposals and RFPs; assist in preparing responses.
- Participate in negotiations with customers and vendors across continental Europe; ensure compliance with internal policies and risk mitigation requirements.
- Analyze legal and commercial risk issues and present clear recommendations to business teams and senior management; act as an interface between local offices and global headquarters.
- Perform legal advisory functions and serve as the local interface to the global legal team for general corporate compliance.
- Track laws and regulations relevant to the company’s business and policies.
- Share knowledge about local laws and business trends within the Infosys legal department.
Eligibility
- LLB / Equivalent Law Background.
- LLM preferred.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience.
