Ohana is hiring a Legal Counsel – Entertainment & Agency Contracts to join its team in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating talent management, endorsement, event, and production contracts.
• Providing legal advice on matters related to entertainment and agency operations.
• Identifying potential legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Engaging proactively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Protecting the organization’s legal and commercial interests.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of entertainment and agency-related legal principles.
• Expertise in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex legal issues.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of entertainment and sports industry regulations is an advantage.
• Additional certifications in Entertainment Law are a plus.

Salary/Stipend
