Details of the Job/Internship
Infosys is hiring a Legal Counsel (Ethics & Compliance) with experience of 6+ years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Eligibility
- 6+ Years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Implementing solutions in Compliance, Legal Department, and Driving ABAC-related engagements.
- Educational Qualification: Graduation/ Post- Graduation in Law OR qualified Chartered Accountant/ Company Secretary
- Driving GRC Engagements and implementing Controls for Compliance requirements.
- Conduct periodic Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption (ABAC) checks, defining and implementing system controls and monitoring the program for continual improvements.
- Perform inter-departmental reviews with key stakeholders to verify compliance with applicable Anti Bribery Anti-Corruption (ABAC) legislation.
- Should have worked on at least 1 GRC Tool.
- Doing Risk Assessment Across Departments and communicating with Stakeholders.
- Should have good knowledge of Excel and Word applications and should be able to build quality presentations for Leadership.
- Build and Provide status reporting to leadership.
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Having a High-Level Understanding of the Order to Cash Process
- Program Management Experience.
- Should have good aptitude and understand the changing landscape of compliance,
