Details of the Job/Internship

Soul AI is hiring an experienced Legal Counsel freelancer with 3+ years of experience  to manage legal affairs, provide guidance, and support operations from a remote location in India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on business transactions and compliance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable IP, labor, and data protection regulations.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in legal counsel or corporate law.
• Expertise in commercial contracts, IP law, and data privacy.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Salary/Stipend

Rs. 1200 per hour
