Details of the Job/Internship

Soul AI is hiring a freelance Legal Counsel with over 3 years of experience to join their Remote team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on business transactions, contracts, and compliance.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with IP, labor laws, and data protection regulations.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of experience in legal counsel or corporate law.
• Expertise in commercial contracts, intellectual property law, and data privacy regulations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Salary/Stipend

₹1200/hour
