Swiggy is hiring a Compliance Associate with 1+ years of experience to join their office in Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Facilitate acquisition of compliance certificates, licenses, NOCs, registrations and other compliance documents for business operations.
- Audit and implement compliance policies.
- Support legal and business stakeholders on compliance issues including conflicts of interest, high-risk payments, segregation of duties, and statutory compliance matters.
- Organize and deliver compliance training and communications to strengthen integrity and compliance culture.
- Contribute to developing and implementing new compliance policies.
- Coordinate with internal auditors to address significant issues.
- Prepare MIS reports and update compliance details on the Compliance Tool.
- Maintain effective and professional communication with peers, stakeholders, external counsels and consultants.
- Travel as required for office work.
Eligibility
- 1+ years of post-LLB experience in compliance, including audit, risk assessment and mitigation.
- Strong maturity, judgment and expertise in handling compliance matters.
- Ability to work with diverse and cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of applicable laws, including food laws, legal metrology, APMC, drugs and cosmetics, insecticide laws, logistics and e-commerce regulations, internet and technology laws, and SaaS-related laws.
- Bachelor of Laws is mandatory; additional compliance-related diplomas are an added advantage.
