Details of the Job/Internship

Swiggy is hiring a Legal Counsel I – Gen Corp to join their Bengaluru office in a full-time hybrid working model.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, NDAs, supply agreements, MSAs, SOWs, IPR-related documents, and other legal documents.
• Handle service agreements, licensing agreements, vendor contracts, advertising, endorsement, marketing, sponsorship agreements, and NDAs.
• Support new business initiatives and ensure legal evaluation and compliance with conditions precedent and contractual obligations.
• Research applicable regulatory laws and prepare preliminary opinions.
• Assist in reviewing print, social media, and other marketing communications for legal compliance.
• Provide guidance on drafting and reviewing policies and terms and conditions relating to offers, business, and services.

Eligibility

• Experience in transactional drafting, negotiation, and advisory work in commercial transactions.
• Strong skills in contract analysis and working knowledge of commercial contract provisions.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively across teams.
• Strong legal and business judgment.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage quick turnaround requirements and take responsibility for new projects.

Salary/Stipend
