Details of the Job/Internship

Swiggy is hiring a Legal Counsel I (General Corporate) to join their office in Bengaluru in a full-time hybrid working mode.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, NDAs, supply agreements, MSAs, SOWs, IPR-related documents, and other legal documents.
• Focus on service agreements, licensing agreements, vendor contracts, marketing agreements, sponsorship agreements, and NDAs.
• Support new business initiatives and ensure legal compliance with contractual obligations.
• Conduct legal research and prepare in-house preliminary opinions.
• Review advertisements and marketing communications for legal compliance.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing policies and terms and conditions related to offers, business, and services.

Eligibility

• Transactional drafting, negotiation, and advisory experience on commercial transactions at a leading law firm or in-house at a multinational corporation.
• Skilled in contract analysis and knowledge of legal provisions of commercial contracts.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze business processes and propose solutions.
• Strong legal and business judgment.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle new projects with minimal supervision.
• Effective workload prioritization and quick turnaround capabilities.

Salary/Stipend
