Details of the Job/Internship

Swiggy is hiring a Legal Counsel II – General Corporate to join their office in Bengaluru on a full-time, hybrid mode basis.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, Supply Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, IPR-related documents, and other legal documents.
• Handle service agreements, licensing agreements, vendor contracts, advertising, endorsement, marketing, and sponsorship agreements.
• Support new business initiatives and project teams with legal evaluation and compliance.
• Conduct research on applicable regulatory laws and prepare preliminary in-house opinions.
• Review media advertisements and marketing communications for legal compliance.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing policies and terms and conditions related to offers, business, and services.

Eligibility

• Transactional drafting, negotiation, and advisory experience on various commercial transactions from a leading law firm and/or multinational corporation.
• Strong skills in contract analysis and working knowledge of core legal provisions of commercial contracts.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to analyze business processes, identify issues, and provide solutions.
• Strong legal and business judgment.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative.
• Ability to manage workload efficiently, recognizing quick turnaround needs.

Salary/Stipend
