Swiggy is hiring for the position of Legal Counsel II (General Corporate) with 5 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including NDAs, Supply Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, IPR-related contracts, and other legal documents.
• Work on service agreements, licensing contracts, vendor agreements, advertising, endorsement, sponsorship, and marketing deals.
• Support new business initiatives and projects by ensuring legal evaluation, compliance, and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
• Conduct legal research on regulatory matters and provide in-house preliminary opinions.
• Review advertisements and marketing content (print, digital, social media) for legal compliance.
• Draft and review company policies, terms & conditions, and other business-related documents.

Eligibility

• Strong transactional drafting, negotiation, and advisory experience from a leading law firm or in-house (preferably with a multinational or fast-paced company).
• Proficiency in contract analysis and solid understanding of commercial contract provisions.
• Keen attention to detail, with the ability to assess business processes, identify risks, and recommend solutions.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication across teams and leadership levels.
• Strong legal judgment combined with business acumen.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills to handle complex matters with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple projects with quick turnaround times.

Salary/Stipend
