Details of the Job/Internship
HERE Technologies is hiring a Legal Counsel II with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their legal team in Mumbai, Gurgaon, or Bangalore
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including SaaS, PaaS, RFPs, and MSAs.
- Handle legal requests related to corporate, commercial, IP, privacy, and regulatory matters.
- Advise senior management on legal risks and compliance obligations.
- Support end-to-end contract negotiation processes.
- Manage legal reviews of products and regulatory engagement.
- Conduct internal legal training and maintain legal templates and resources.
- Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM from a top-tier law school in India or abroad.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Experience in corporate, IP, privacy, and commercial law.
- Fluency in English.
