Details of the Job/Internship
Swiggy is hiring a Legal Counsel II (General Corporate) with experience in commercial transactions to join their Bengaluru office. This is a full-time, hybrid role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial and legal agreements including NDAs, supply and service agreements, licensing, marketing, and sponsorship contracts.
- Support new business initiatives and ensure timely compliance with contractual conditions.
- Research regulatory laws and provide in-house preliminary legal opinions.
- Review marketing and advertising content for legal compliance.
- Draft and review policies, terms, and conditions for business operations and offers.
Eligibility
- Prior experience in transactional drafting, negotiation, and legal advisory in a law firm or corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of commercial contract law and corporate legal principles.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage workload efficiently, and handle quick turnaround tasks.
