Details of the Job/Internship
Blancco Technology Group is hiring a Legal Counsel (Junior) with 4–7 years of post-qualification experience to join their Pune office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal advice across software and commercial operations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including licensing, SaaS, partnership, and vendor contracts.
- Conduct legal research and advise on technology and data protection laws.
- Support compliance initiatives relating to privacy, export controls, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal and business goals.
- Assist in corporate governance, drafting board resolutions, and maintaining legal records.
- Develop and enhance internal legal templates, policies, and procedures.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognised institution.
- 4–7 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the technology or software sector.
- Strong communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SaaS and digital service legal frameworks.
- Experience in international legal work is an advantage.
