Details of the Job/Internship

Stanza Living is hiring a Legal Counsel – Litigation with relevant experience to join their headquarters in Gurgaon.

Role and Responsibilities

•  Explain complex legal matters to other departments.
•  Support employees on legal problems and issues.
• Conduct legal research and analyze legal data.
•  Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including notices and contracts.
•  Attend court to assist in presenting company cases.

Eligibility

Relevant litigation experience with understanding of corporate legal frameworks
Operational knowledge of state-specific regulations.

Salary/Stipend
