Stanza Living is hiring a Legal Counsel – Litigation to join their office in Gurgaon. The role involves managing litigation matters, drafting legal documents, ensuring compliance, and advising on legal risks.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee litigation matters across various jurisdictions.
- Draft and review pleadings, legal notices, and other legal documents.
- Provide strategic legal advice on ongoing and potential disputes.
- Ensure regulatory and legal compliance within company operations.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and coordinate with external counsels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to mitigate legal risks and develop preventive measures.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; advanced legal qualifications are an advantage.
- Strong experience in litigation management and legal drafting.
- Expertise in compliance and advisory on legal matters.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience in the real estate or accommodation sector is preferred.
