Details of the Job/Internship

Tech Mahindra is hiring a Legal Counsel – Litigation to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• The candidate should be well versed with local court practice – Lower Courts to High Court.
• They should be well acquainted with the provisions of CPC and CrPC procedures and well-versed with corporate laws and related regulations.
• The role involves drafting various petitions and legal documentation, including detailed analysis of legal documents.
• Strong document framing and reviewing skills are required.
• The candidate will be responsible for the complete plaintiff/defense case cycle from initiation to the final stage.
• They must maintain professional relationships with external lawyers and internal clients and also maintain all company litigation documents, statutory documents, and internal litigation records.
• The candidate will liaise with government departments and external agencies.

Eligibility

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable communicating with foreign attorneys and paralegals via email, phone, or Zoom.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, internet usage, Microsoft Office, and related web tools.

Salary/Stipend
