Legodesk improves efficiency through automated reminders, reporting tools, route planning, and integrated mapping features.
Details of the Job/Internship
Legodesk is hiring a Legal Counsel (Litigations) for a full-time onsite role in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage litigation matters and legal cases.
- Prepare and manage legal documentation.
- Provide legal advice to support organisational decision-making.
- Draft and review contracts and legal agreements.
- Assist in contract negotiations.
- Support regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.
- Address legal issues and provide appropriate legal solutions.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of law and experience in handling litigation matters.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
- Expertise in preparation and management of legal documents.
- Ability to analyse and resolve complex legal issues.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- LLM is an added advantage.
- Prior experience working in a legal department or law firm.
