Infosys is hiring a Legal Counsel – Mergers & Acquisitions with 4–7 years of post-qualification experience to join their legal team in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for Infosys’ M&A, investment, and corporate development activities.
• Review, draft, and negotiate transaction documents such as term sheets, definitive agreements, and closing documentation.
• Manage and coordinate cross-border M&A transactions in collaboration with external counsel.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory norms applicable to the Infosys Group.
• Lead M&A transactions from inception to closing.

Eligibility

• LLB with 4–7 years of post-qualification experience in mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong corporate legal background with hands-on M&A transaction experience.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex M&A documentation.
• Experience managing due diligence and leading deal closings.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
