Details of the Job/Internship

Zelestra is hiring a senior legal professional with 5–6 years of experience to join its Gurugram office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate EPC contracts for renewable energy projects.
• Draft and negotiate O&M, asset management, and development agreements.
• Draft and negotiate equipment supply and works execution contracts.
• Provide legal support to various internal departments.
• Advise the finance team on project finance contracts for renewable energy projects.
• Maintain MIS and manage contract documentation and related activities.
• Provide internal legal advice on M&A and day-to-day corporate matters.

Eligibility

• Degree in Law.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in a similar role within the renewable energy sector.
• Experience with leading renewable energy developers or EPC companies.
• Exposure to hybrid renewable projects from an EPC or O&M perspective is preferred.
• High level of proficiency in English.
• Strong autonomy with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Salary/Stipend
